Senior Customer Analyst - Marketing Analytics - Remote

Overview

Nutrafol is looking for a Senior Customer Analyst - Marketing Analytics to join our Retention & Loyalty organization. In this role, you will own customer reporting, analysis, and insight generation across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition through subscription, retention, and churn.

In Short

• Own customer reporting and analysis across key lifecycle metrics.
• Write, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake.
• Build and maintain standardized customer datasets and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze customer behavior trends and surface insights.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and summaries.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality through validation.
• Contribute to best practices for customer analytics.
• Partner with various teams to define analytical requirements.
• Support experimentation by defining success metrics.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying large datasets.
• Strong experience analyzing customer and subscription data.
• Proven ability to translate data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
