Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Analytics team aims to monitor and optimize media campaign performance by integrating data from various sources and providing analyses to support strategic decisions. We seek someone with strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in data manipulation (focusing on SQL and BigQuery), and knowledge of paid media (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.).

In Short

• Monitor digital media campaign performance.
• Create and maintain automated dashboards using tools like Looker Studio.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of channels, audiences, creatives, and conversion journeys.
• Manipulate large data volumes using SQL and BigQuery.
• Generate hypotheses based on data and validate with A/B testing.
• Support goal and KPI definitions with marketing and business teams.
• Collaborate with media, CRM, branding, and product teams.
• Interpret metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and others.
• Create clear documentation of analysis learnings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Marketing Analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and conversion funnels.
• Ability to translate data into clear and strategic stories for different audiences.
