Senior Manager Product Development - Remote

Overview

Bodily develops research-driven products for key physiological transitions in women’s bodies. We’re a lean, omni-channel business (DTC, Amazon, wholesale) with complex physical product operations across ~250 SKUs. We care about rigor, clarity, and execution.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end product development from concept through production.
• Partner with suppliers to evaluate construction, fabric, and cost trade-offs.
• Oversee fit sessions in partnership with fit technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and traceable records across development stages.
• Work with production and planning teams to optimize material use.
• Rigorously manage budgets and prioritize ROI-driven decisions.
• Issue and release production orders; coordinate shipment audits.
• Seek opportunities to introduce tools and processes for workflow refinement.
