In Short

  • Lead the end-to-end creation of high-performing ad creative.
  • Focus on ads that convert, especially on Instagram.
  • Produce video and static content that drives results.
  • Develop and execute ads that scale.
  • Concept, produce, and deliver 4–6 new performance ad concepts per month.
  • Shoot/edit short-form UGC-style video.
  • Build creative testing frameworks and optimize based on results.
  • Translate CRM strategy into performance-driven creative briefs for email.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate email creative.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of creating high-performing ad creatives.
  • Experience with maternity, women’s health, or apparel brands is ideal.
  • Understanding of what makes creative work effective.
  • Ability to build and iterate based on performance data.
