Senior Manager, Project Development - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Project Development will develop utility-scale solar, storage, and wind projects in North America from inception to site development and through financial close.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day development tasks and services.
• Develop, track, and manage overall project schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and functional leads.
• Lead technical and commercial due diligence of projects.
• Coordinate all federal, state, and local permits.
• Support land acquisition and entitlement for projects.
• Participate in energy assessments and revenue stacking models.
• Assist in bidding, evaluation, and procurement of services.
• Monitor relevant local and federal policy development.
• Responsible for progress and budget reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of utility-scale renewable energy industry development experience.
• Experience with CAISO, MISO, ERCOT markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics driving project development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with high initiative and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of information.
• Current driver's license and ability to travel required.
• Strong computer skills with office software.
