Overview

The Development - Project Manager will oversee the development of renewable energy projects, coordinating internal teams and managing customer relationships to ensure successful project completion.

• Lead the development of solar projects from Origination handoff.
• Manage relationships with key business partners.
• Oversee project data, schedules, budgets, and documents.
• Facilitate real estate negotiations and maintain landowner relationships.
• Conduct site assessments to identify potential project flaws.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage resource assessments.
• Obtain necessary local, state, and federal permits.
• Represent the company with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development.
• Experience with community solar and distributed generation projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage priorities.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
