• Looking for a Project Development Manager to lead multiple projects.
• Responsible for acquiring and de-risking a portfolio of projects.
• Manage project pipeline and execute complex milestone deliverables.

• Understand key financing elements of projects.
• Support negotiation of power purchase agreements and other contracts.
• Provide support in closing and financing new deals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project development.
• Experience with energy projects in Ontario.
• Familiarity with Ontario market dynamics and IESO.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle development of renewable energy assets.
• Participation in energy storage project development.
• Experience with site lease, permits, and interconnection agreements.
• Creative independent thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility and detail-oriented mindset.
• Travel required for permitting and stakeholder meetings.
