In Short

• Lead and execute on key cybersecurity activities and protections.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to create strategies and policies.
• Manage the company’s Compliance & Security Posture Management Platforms.
• Conduct automated evidence collection operations.
• Develop and assess compliance stance relative to internal and external policies.
• Communicate cybersecurity metrics to senior executives.
• Drive the resolution of security events and control gaps.
• Promote secure by design and secure by default strategies.
• Assist with identification and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.
• Build and run a Third-Party Cyber Risk Management Program.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Deep technical expertise in network security, cryptography, or vulnerability assessments.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Rust.
• Certifications in Security: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC preferred.
• Knowledge of security technologies such as Email Security, DLP, and EDR/XDR.
• Experience implementing KPIs for security and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of operational technologies is preferred.
