Requirements

• JD required.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating real property agreements.
• Familiarity with title and survey review.
• Experience in project financing and tax equity investments is a plus.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
