Overview

Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm seeking a commercial real estate attorney to manage transactions and assess risk for its asset portfolio while working remotely.

In Short

• Manage a pipeline of commercial real estate deals across the United States.
• Negotiate and draft various legal documents for transactions.
• Conduct due diligence activities including title and lease reviews.
• Underwrite transactions and prepare recommendations for executives.
• Prepare and review legal descriptions.
• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney required.
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases preferred.
• Must have a Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing.
• Digital native with fluency in technology and remote work.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
• Law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and wireless leases is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong ethical, intellectual, and professional values.
• Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills.
