Associate Counsel - Germany - Remote

Overview

The Associate Counsel (EU) will play a key role in Unison’s core mission, focusing on opening new European markets and managing a pipeline of transactions.

• Managing a pipeline of deals across various European markets.
• Leading efforts to open new markets including compliance and entity setup.
• Overseeing local counsel in document negotiation and due diligence.

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate lawyer.
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state.
• Fluency in English and preferably another European language.
• Experience with technology like Office 365 and Salesforce.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in law firm and in-house settings.
• Experience with ground lease aggregation or renewable energy projects preferred.
• Residence and work authorization within the EU, preferably Germany.
• Fluency with technology including Office 365 and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
