The Unison team is looking for a passionate Human Resources professional to build and lead Unison’s core HR and talent management activities, ensuring compliance with global employment regulations and fostering a culture of engagement within a multi-cultural organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required.
• Experience in multi-national operations is essential.
• Track record in compensation strategy development.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
