Overview

The Human Resources Director (HRD) serves as a strategic partner to design and deliver people strategies and solutions, including workforce planning, leadership coaching, and organizational design at St. James Hospital and Intermountain Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of comprehensive HR experience.
• Experience with union contracts and negotiations.
• Knowledge in Employment/Labor Law and Organizational Development.
• Skills in Project Management and Policy Design.
• Experience in Employee Relations and Diversity.
• Ability to analyze job requirements and skill needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory guidelines.
