Overview

As the Director of Human Resources at InteliChart, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• 2-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Experience in high-growth or innovative settings.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
