We’re seeking a hands-on, execution-minded Director of Human Resources to build and lead a modern people function during an exciting period of scale, M&A integration, and international expansion.

In Short

• Oversee HR operations, payroll, compliance, engagement, and culture.
• Mentor a high-performing Senior Recruiter.
• Build and execute a scalable HR roadmap across org design, talent planning, and culture.
• Run compliant payroll via Paylocity and lead policy development.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and immigration matters.
• Integrate acquired teams and support legal entity setup.
• Shape compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Ensure strong alignment between recruiting priorities and business goals.
• Support international HR operations.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• SaaS or high-growth tech experience.
• Expertise with Paylocity, Lever, and modern HR systems.
• U.S. compliance experience; international exposure strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting immigration and global hiring.
• Strong communicator and initiative-taker.
