The Director of HR will lead and evolve the human resources function of a clean energy company, aligning HR strategy with global expansion goals.

• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading HR through scale or international expansion.
• Background in organizational development and employee engagement.
