Marvel Marketers is searching for a Director of Human Resources who can take on the HR needs of a fast-growing company in a remote workforce environment. This position will support the company’s vision and mission through leading, directing, and providing insight and best practice guidance on all people functions of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years in HR Management.
• 5+ years leading a global HR function.
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP / SCP certification.
• Ability to balance empathy with professionalism.
• Experience in managing change and its impact on people.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in leading HR functions.
• Ability to adapt and enhance policies and procedures.
• Experience in workforce planning and staffing.
