Aria Application Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Aria Application Analyst is responsible for supporting healthcare applications, specifically the Varian Aria software, through planning, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

• Support and maintain Varian Aria and related healthcare applications.
• Configure, test, and deploy software according to expert requirements.
• Manage interfaces between Aria and Epic EMR.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for stakeholders.
• Document workflow changes and technical designs.
• Collaborate with vendors for third-party application support.
• Participate in project management for small to mid-size projects.
• Develop training materials for end-users and peers.
• Conduct testing and maintain system integrity.
• Engage in on-call responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, healthcare, or related field.
• Two years of work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with Varian Radiation Oncology applications and Epic.
• Basic understanding of Citrix and server support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferred experience in a Radiation Oncology clinical setting.
