Overview

The Pre-Access Central Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and pre-registering patients for various appointments while managing administrative tasks and high call volumes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle or contact center experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• 30+ WPM typing speed.
• Ability to manage multiple phone calls effectively.
• Strong active listening and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and understand spoken information.
• Manual dexterity for computer and phone use.
