Overview

The role of Central Scheduler is crucial in ensuring our patients receive timely and accurate scheduling of their medical appointments. This role will report to the Manager, Operations.

In Short

  • Coordinates and schedules patient appointments with medical providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Drives clinical priorities forward by making outbound calls to patients.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy in scheduling to meet patient needs.
  • Understands patients' needs thoroughly and presents Strive's care model.
  • Communicates effectively with patients via phone.
  • Achieves daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handles patient inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Reschedules patient appointments as needed.
  • Engages with patients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborates with clinical staff to optimize schedules.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience in a scheduling, customer service, or sales role.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate Strive's care model to patients.
  • A patient-focused approach with the ability to handle objections.
