In Short

  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for staff and/or clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts to ensure timely scheduling.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
  • Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and urgent booking changes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Use QuickBooks to generate or track appointment-related invoices or payments.

Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling and calendar management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
