Remote Property Manager

Overview

We are seeking a strong, confident, and highly responsible Property Manager who can take full ownership of office operations and property oversight. • Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
• Maintain organization, structure, and accountability across all tasks
• Act as the main point of contact for property-related matters
• Manage tenant communications professionally and confidently
• Address tenant concerns, complaints, and disputes promptly
• Maintain positive and professional landlord-tenant relationships
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments
• Monitor rent payments and track delinquencies
• Complete and manage Section 8 paperwork
• Communicate and coordinate with case workers

Requirements
