Remote Property Manager

Overview

The Remote Property Manager will oversee property condition, manage maintenance issues, and support tenant and landlord communications for a lettings agency in the UK, while based in South Africa.

In Short

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday - UK hours.
• Manage reported maintenance issues via COHO.
• Coordinate with UK-based contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Support tenant check-in and check-out processes remotely.
• Resolve tenant complaints and keep landlords updated.
• Ensure compliance with property safety standards.
• Oversee digital inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor cleanliness of communal areas and escalate issues.
• Build rapport with landlords through effective communication.
• Work with contractors to ensure quality service and value.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or related field.
• Proficient in digital systems and remote communication.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with UK property laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
