Overview

The Property Manager at JLL will oversee the management and operations of a business center in Taguig, Philippines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective property management practices.

• Lead the development of the building operational plan and annual budget.
• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff.
• Manage multiple operational matters and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare building operation reports.
• Ensure compliance with company and building policies.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff.
• Administer lease documents between landlord and tenant.
• Implement JLL standards throughout the building.
• Attend to all Testing and Commissioning Schedule.
• Act as a liaison between management and clients.

Requirements

• College graduate, preferably a licensed mechanical/electrical engineer.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Basic Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Ability to manage complex operational matters.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and professional demeanor.
