Overview

The role of the Property Manager is to provide excellent service to our investors, ensuring optimal portfolio performance while managing complex challenges.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio in accordance with investors’ goals.

• Oversee Onsite Managers for properties with multiple apartments.
• Assist investors with the purchase/sale of income properties.

Requirements

• Active Georgia Real Estate License.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Prior experience with property ownership is a plus.
• Cost and revenue management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with property management software experience.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
