Property Manager - Remote

Overview

The role of the Property Manager is to provide excellent service to our investors, ensuring that the portfolio is performing optimally while managing complex challenges.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio in accordance with investors’ changing goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service at all times to our investors
• Resolve complex problems and manage investor expectations
• Organize, schedule, and execute tasks using proprietary technology
• Build strong virtual relationships with Roofstock departments
• Embrace innovation and provide actionable feedback
• Discuss and cross-sell Roofstock real estate products
• Oversee Onsite Managers for properties with multiple apartments
• Assist investors with the purchase/sale of income properties

Requirements

• Must have an active Nevada Real Estate License
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in property management or real estate operations
• Prior experience working directly with property ownership is a plus
• Cost and revenue management experience preferred
• Tech savvy with experience in property management software
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and able to meet deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
