Trade Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Trade Specialist is responsible for the scope and pricing review of our occupied service requests in an assigned region, managing a queue of tasks, supporting cross-functional operations teams, and contributing to our standardized pricing tools.

In Short

• Review and validate estimates for maintenance requests.
• Lead training sessions and provide context on complex scopes.
• Act as a liaison to vendors for scope and pricing needs.
• Support the R&M team with onsite increase requests.
• Review quality of work for escalations.
• Assist in projects regarding price books and standardization.
• Ensure invoice submissions align with expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in residential maintenance, construction, home insurance, or estimating.
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating deals and pricing.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills across various stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Tech-savvy.
