In Short

• Support the expanding short-term rental division.
• Primary point of contact for property owners.
• Educate owners on STR strategies and performance metrics.
• Utilize market data to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Advise on CapEx opportunities for property improvements.
• Stay informed on regulatory compliance for short-term rentals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute STR strategies.
• Fast-paced environment with opportunities for upward mobility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in relationship management or property management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SFR asset management and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with major OTA platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Able to manage multiple owner relationships in a fast-paced environment.
