  • Act as a strategic advisor and growth partner to our most important merchants.
  • Lead and strengthen the Key Accounts Team.
  • Maximize lifetime value, drive product adoption, and unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Design and implement performance management processes.
  • Achieve high activation rates for newly onboarded merchants.
  • Deliver custom success plans for high-potential merchants.
  • Communicate clearly across functions and levels.
  • Use data to understand merchant performance and blockers.
  • Demonstrate accountability for merchant outcomes.
  • Work on a problem that truly matters, impacting customers' lives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Strategy roles.
  • Proven track record managing B2B client portfolios.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, retail tech, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital checkout flows and embedded finance is a plus.
  • Able to influence decision-makers at varying merchant maturity levels.
  • Active listener who captures merchant sentiment.
  • Uses data to identify bottlenecks in the success journey.
  • Comfortable navigating tools like Salesforce and Looker.
  • Demonstrates accountability and seeks feedback.
  • Sets and pursues ambitious goals aligned with Sales team targets.
