Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Success Manager at TripleTen, you will support a cohort of students throughout their learning journey, ensuring they have a successful and enriching experience in their educational program.

In Short

• Welcome and onboard new students, organizing live orientation sessions.
• Create a tight-knit student community through engaging content and online events.
• Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks and assist with student inquiries.
• Maintain a comprehensive student database and track agreements.
• Collaborate with tutors and instructors through regular meetings.
• Reach out to unresponsive students via calls and personalized communication.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.

Requirements

• 1+ years in customer-facing roles (Personal Manager, Support Manager, Success Manager).
• Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for student issues.
• Ability to manage up to 150 clients effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Solution-oriented with user empathy.
• Strong organizational skills.
