Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Success Manager, you will support a cohort of students throughout their 7 to 10-month program, ensuring they have a successful and enriching learning experience.

In Short

• Welcome and onboard new students, organize live orientation sessions.
• Create a tight-knit student community through engaging content and online events.
• Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks and assist with student concerns.
• Maintain a comprehensive student database and track agreements.
• Collaborate with tutors and team members in regular meetings.
• Reach out to unresponsive students through calls and personalized communication.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to manage up to 150 clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Solution-oriented with high user empathy.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
