Part-time Instructor - Business Transformation & AI Adoption - Remote

Overview

This role involves leading an online course for professionals in managing people and culture through business transformation. The instructor will empower leaders to navigate change and build adaptive organizations.

In Short

• Lead interactive live sessions for mid- to senior-level professionals.
• Collaborate with an instructional designer to create course structures.
• Define learning objectives for each module.
• Develop lesson content, guides, and assessment tasks.
• Participate in content refinement based on feedback.
• Contribute to the design of final projects reflecting real-world challenges.
• Ensure materials are accurate and aligned with industry standards.
• Optional participation as an instructor in synchronous sessions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, organizational development, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of company transformations.
• Ability to connect strategy, structure, culture, and people.
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Experience with leadership and team dynamics.
• Interest in AI adoption and its impact on culture.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
