Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or ML.
• Fluency in Python and APIs.
• Ability to transform vague manual processes into elegant solutions.
• Curiosity, humility, and a bias toward action.
• Experience building internal AI assistants is a plus.
• Familiarity with multifamily, SaaS, or operations-heavy businesses is a plus.
• Contributions to open source or AI tools are a plus.
