Overview

HappyCo is seeking a creative, detail-driven Marketing Associate, Events & Experiences to lead the planning and execution of impactful in-person and digital events, supporting revenue growth and brand affinity.

In Short

• Manage HappyCo’s event calendar including various events.
• Own logistics for in-person events from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event alignment.
• Ensure promotional content reinforces campaign themes.
• Track and report on event performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing data and feedback.
• Assist with budget tracking and vendor management.
• 2–4 years of experience in event marketing or related role.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with event tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
• Metric-driven with proven impact examples.
• Hands-on experience with webinars and trade shows.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is advantageous.
• Experience with account-based marketing initiatives is a plus.
