Director of Business Transformation - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a high-impact, high-velocity Director of Business Transformation to join the Legal Professionals Transformation Office and lead a critical pillar within our Growth Transformation Program—a multi-year transformation program designed to accelerate growth and modernize how we operate and serve customers—across our entire Legal Professional business.

In Short

• Lead the strategy, structure, and delivery of transformational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics.
• Facilitate workshops to identify current-state pain points.
• Translate strategy into actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Champion agile ways of working across teams.
• Partner with functions such as Operations, Technology, and Marketing.
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications.
• Coordinate change management and communication strategies.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation required.
• Strong strategic thinking and facilitation skills needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation or operational leadership.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of systems and operations.
• Experience applying agile frameworks.
• Outstanding facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with transformation technologies is a plus.
• Background in customer experience or operational excellence is beneficial.
• MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
