Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our team in México. This role will responsible for assisting the HR Operations Team in different processes including: new hire training, onboarding and general employee support.

In Short

  • Assist with HR Operation process in general.
  • Validate and review new hire documentation.
  • Support to coordinate new employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide support to employees and new hires.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Language: English (Intermediate).
