Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP BW and BO.
• Strong understanding of technologies for distributed systems.
• Proven project participation and success.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong IT Service Management experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
