The Senior Manager, Reporting Services will play a key role in data and analytics delivery, supporting the strategic enablement of data-driven decision-making for our clients. This remote position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a client-facing team to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
• Oversee the full reporting lifecycle—from data acquisition and transformation to dashboard delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into custom reporting solutions.
• Drive the implementation of backend data structures, including ETL processes, data modeling, and warehousing.
• Deliver actionable, user-friendly visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Establish and maintain best practices for data architecture and visualization standards.
• Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Services Delivery teams.
• Present reporting insights and outcomes to clients.
• Champion continuous improvement by adopting new reporting tools and methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting services.
• 5+ years of experience leading reporting strategy for senior stakeholders.
• Proven success managing client-facing teams in data delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ETL pipelines, data modeling, and database management.
• Proficiency in modern reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Solid project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
