Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 9–12 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Deep expertise in process, data, and systems analysis.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Strong change leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to scale impact through influence.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
