Overview

Tebra is seeking a Senior Product Business Analyst to advance our product analytics program and unlock smarter, faster decision-making across our platform teams. You’ll be the connective tissue between data and decision-making by translating complex product usage metrics into clear, actionable insights that shape roadmap strategy, feature adoption, and product innovation.

In Short

• Define and evolve Tebra’s product performance metrics and reporting infrastructure.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Product and Engineering leadership.
• Deliver leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards.
• Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake.
• Establish unified reporting standards across departments.
• Partner closely with cross-functional analysts.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Consultative leadership aligning product teams.
• Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Experience handling PHI in healthcare data environments.
• Success analyzing financial data within a product context.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical teams.
