Overview

This position is for a Senior Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between the business and data/tech teams, driving data-driven decision-making and supporting organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 10+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in credit unions or financial institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of lending processes, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Expertise in credit union operations and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Tableau or Power BI with a strong focus on data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills for technical and managerial conversations.
