The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting client business needs to deliver software solutions that align with overall business outcomes, particularly using Nimble AMS and Salesforce tools.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes.
• Complete product configurations in Nimble AMS.
• Lead requirement and stakeholder alignment efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
