Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the primary relationship owner and account contact for an assigned subset of YourMembership clients, responsible for establishing and maintaining healthy relationships that lead to client adoption, retention, and account expansion.

  • Identify and create solutions for client needs.
  • Communicate effectively via videoconference, phone, and email.
  • Negotiate contract details to win deals.
  • Maintain client renewal and expansion opportunities using Salesforce.
  • Gather client feedback to improve overall experience.
  • Complete continuous learning to maintain expert-level knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet company objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture centered on serving clients.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales in a SaaS context.
  • Ability to gain expert knowledge of YourMembership product platform.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability to influence peers positively.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
