In Short

  • Lead a portfolio of employer clients as the face of Maven.
  • Maintain high client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with channel/payer partner client executives.
  • Consult clients on supporting working parents.
  • Convert clients into Maven advocates.
  • Manage client issues and escalations.
  • Provide strategic analysis of member engagement performance.
  • Own communications to meet agreed goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or client services role.
  • Strong passion for healthcare and influencing change.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, including executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of customer success.
