The Client Success team at Cyderes is dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve their desired security outcomes while maximizing the value clients receive from our services and security solutions. As a Manager in Client Success, you will coach and lead a team responsible for interfacing with clients to ensure they achieve their security outcomes.

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers.
• Oversee the development and implementation of client success strategies.
• Support client success managers in conducting regular client reviews.
• Develop the skills and knowledge of client success managers.

• Ensure knowledge of security, MSSP, and SOC environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; cybersecurity certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in client success or account management.
• Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of security controls and frameworks.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in client advocacy and achieving retention targets.
