The Director of Product Design will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of product design across Cyderes’ MDR platform and customer experiences, focusing on user-centered design that simplifies complex security workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX.
• 4+ years in a design leadership role.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and impact.
• Proven experience partnering with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in cybersecurity or data-intensive platforms.
• Familiarity with SOC workflows and security analytics.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Experience leading design in a high-growth environment.
