Requirements

• 10+ years in Product/UI/UX Design.
• 4+ years in design leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery.
• Ability to develop, hire, mentor, and coach designers.
• Comfort leading organizational or process transformation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to remain hands-on with design work.
• Advanced level of English.
