• Lead Swiftly’s design practice and shape the future of products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in shaping design strategy for B2B products.
• Experience in hiring and coaching designers throughout the design lifecycle.
• Ability to scale design organizations in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with multi-platform design systems.
• Expertise in making complex applications user-friendly.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered product design.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
