As the Director of Product Design at Phantom, you will lead a world-class design team, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to shape the vision and quality of design across the Phantom product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience using data to inform design decisions.
• Deep understanding of design systems and visual storytelling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work.
• Passion for mentoring designers.
• Experience or interest in crypto ecosystems.
