In Short

• Define and lead Phantom’s lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels.
• Own lifecycle marketing key metrics and results.
• Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations.
• Drive the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap.
• Be a key stakeholder of growth across the company.
• Partner with Product teams to build out holistic lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate with Brand Design and Product Marketing for lifecycle channels.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in lifecycle/CRM programs.
• Extensive experience in executing complex CRM campaigns.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Braze.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing results in B2C.
• Strong skills in analytic tools and experimentation principles.
• Knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems.
• Strong copywriting skills and creative intuition.
• Expertise in customer segmentation strategies.
